A meeting of PTA was held on 11-12-08 at 11.00 A.M. in the Library under the chairmanship of Principal, Dr. Ambika Kalra of all classesI. The following points were discussed in the meeting:

1. The Performance of the ward in I term unit test 2009.

2. The weaker areas of the ward where parents cooperation is being sought.

3. The Criteria of awarding Grades in Project and Assignement.

4. Remedial measures to be taken for the further improvement and how parents' help can be used there.

5. The tentative dates for II term unit test is 2nd Week of September 09.

6. Signing of report cards in school itself.

7. Consult the correct phone no and address of the ward with the parents.

8. Verficiation of parents signature before the class teacher in his/her individual PTA record sheet.

9. No abusive or negative remarks.

10. The parents of the slow learners and board examinees are instructed to meet the teachers more frequently. They are not restricted to the PTAs only.

1. Parents were made acquainted with the performance of their wards in 1st Pre-Board exams.

2. They were requested to extend their co-operation in improving the weaker areas of their wards by utilising their home time to the best of their abilities.

3. They were guided and counselled by the principal and the staff members to make this PTA an interactive approach towards the academic improvement of the students.

4. The parents were also requested to give a proper attention to the balanced food, rest and hygiene of their wards as the sound health plays a vital role in this crucial period of time.

5. They are advised to contact the teachers as frequently as they can to over come all the possible short comings which might hamper their wards performance in board exams.
